  1. Sevens training begins Tuesday May 30, 6:45PM @ Lafayette Park. Training will be every Tuesday & Thursday through August 8th except July 4th when we will train on Wednesday & Thursday that week. Practice is ALWAYS ON unless you are notified of a cancellation.
  2. 7s Qualifier Schedule
    • 24 June NOVA
    • 1 July Wilmington, DE
    • 8 July Baltimore Chesapeake
    • 22 July Schuylkill River, Philly area NE Crossover Event
    • National Club 7’s Venue & Info TBD, August 11-13.
  3. The 2023-2024 schedules will be released in July.

  5. USA Rugby registration is open; see the info at https://rugby.org/registration/.

Home games are at Lafayette Park at 38th and Granby Sts in Norfolk or at Captain Slade Cutter Park in Norfolk (watch the match announcements!).

Practice during the regular 15s season is at Captain Slade Cutter Park in Norfolk on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 PM – 9 PM.
