The Norfolk City Blues RFC currently field two adult teams (D1 and D3), and a High School side in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Due to the profound impact that rugby has given our lives as players, coaches, referees, and fans, we are bringing rugby to the youth of Norfolk. Rugby provides a great outlet for young men to grow in the community in a fun, competitive and structured environment.
